Nepali ASPECS is a community of people who identify on the ACE-ARO spectrum. 

We started out as an Instagram page two years ago – a somewhat desperate attempt by our founder Dr. Manita Newa Khadgi to find a community of ASPEC-identifying persons in Nepal.

We are known by our handle on Instagram, @NepaliAsexuals – our shift to calling ourselves Nepali ASPECS has been to make sure that no one who identifies under the ACE-ARO umbrella feels excluded.

We are people from all walks of life, with varying sexual, gender, and romantic orientations and identities.
